Basic History: As a young boy Rikudo was famed for his intelligence and supioriority over people. People knew he would one day lead Kirigakure as Mizukage one day. Rikudo at the age of 10 was a Jounin who became known threw out the ninja world. At the age of 12 he became the right hand man of the previous Mizukage. At the age of 13 he was elected to be Mizukage after the previous Mizukage died. Like his people had predicted he ruled Kirigakure with a iron fist. But he soon became cold to the world after the death of his parents who both died of assassination. After that day Rikudo became known as the black mist
Personality: Rikudo is a cold person killing people randomly. He often is by his self and trusts no one. Rikudo is the type to kill first ask questions later.
Goals/Aims/Dreams:To become supreme ruler of the world.
